Meet the Team…………
 Joel Brumbach is a graduate of The University of Utah degrees in Political Science and Organizational Communications. After graduating from college he began a career in the telecommunications industry working for Maxtel Cablevision, MediaOne, and later as a partner in his own firm named TeleMedia Communciations and Ancillary-Income. He has a vast knowledge of contract negotiations, marketing, and building customer service related companies. His dream has always been to get into the Real Estate business and in 1999 he and Julie began their Real Estate careers.
Julie Brumbach attended Ricks College gaining an associate degree in liberal arts. Upon graduating from college she began her post graduate work in customer service related industries while starting a family. She began her Real Estate career in 1999 and received numerous awards from Coldwell Banker NRT including Rookie of The Year, Presidents Circle, and Diamond Society. While these awards are great, the best reward Julie and Team Brumbach can ever receive is gaining referrals from past clients and friends.
 Robert Brush has a wide and varied background. In his earlier career he worked in construction with a general contractor and has practical experience in many aspects of construction both commerical and residential. He attended the University of South Carolina where he studied engineering and later went to pursue a career in information technology. Over thirty years in IT with such companies as Manufacturers Hanover Trust, NCNB, JPMorgan Chase, and Verizon in both lead and management positions. Bob began his real estate career in 2003 where his IT background has prepared him with an attention to detail and requirement gathering abilties. Bob strengths lie in his customer care skills and the strong relationship and trust he establishes with his clients.
 Lana Batten has a wide variety of Real Estateback ground. Previously worked in the Mortgage Industry for approximately 7 years. She continued her career by working with a Real Estate Title company for 6.5 years where she worked closely with Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders. Has knowledge of negotiating short sales and working with REO properties.
 Lisa started her real estate career in 2003 in the windy city of Chicago, IL and has since moved to fairer skies here in Tampa Bay, where she continues her passion for real estate, which includes being a certified Home Stager and Re-Designer.
She has an extensive background in motivational sales training which makes her an expert in understanding her client’s needs and excelling above their expectations. She has many accomplishments, of which includes the Achiever's Award for excellence in customer service and teamwork in 2008.
I had born in Cayey, Puerto Rico on December 25, 1964. I have a Bachelor Degree in Businesses Administration with concentration in Office Systems. I am married and I have 2 daughters of 14 and 9 years. I worked for 18 years in the Government of Puerto Rico.
I moved to Apollo Beach, Florida on December 2006. I obtained the License of Realtor in November of 2008. I enroll the Keller Williams group on December of 2008 and I feel very pleases to belong to this great family.
